At HOTEL LAGOON LLANOGRANDE we generate memorable and satisfying experiences through the provision of Accommodation, F&B and complementary services, with a high sense of human quality, and compliance with the requirements of our clients, legal provisions and industry standards with the minimum possible environmental impact.
We are committed to the health, safety and well-being of our human talent, contractors, subcontractors, visitors, clients, guests, suppliers, and other interested parties, which is why we manage the development of activities to prevent incidents, work accidents and occupational diseases through the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks, and the definition of the respective controls in the different categories and we control any potential danger that threatens the Hotel's assets and the environment.
We promote the development and continuous improvement of our operations with committed human talent, a differential and adequate infrastructure and the effective implementation of the Comprehensive Management System (S&ST, Sustainability NTS TS 002 / NTC 5133 and The Code / Prevention of ESCNNA) as a strategy to generate sustainable profitability in the business, for owners and other stakeholders.
