In order for minors to enter the hotel, it is necessary to present the minor's civil registry and identity card. In the event that the minor is not registered with his/her parents, the person responsible for his/her care must present a document authenticated by at least one of them authorizing entry.

The following conditions and restrictions must be considered to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone during their stay at the Hotel facilities.

Colombian laws protect minors from all forms of sexual exploitation and violence by national or foreign tourists. Violations of this principle carry the penal and administrative sanctions provided for in Law 679 of August 3, 2001.
