CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS DURING THE RESERVATION, IN THE ENTRY AND HANDLING OF PETS, ASSISTANCE DOG, GUIDE DOG, SERVICE DOG OR OTHER EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL DURING YOUR STAY IN THE HOTELS IN COLOMBIA OF THE LAS AMÉRICAS HOTEL GROUP

PET FRIENDLY Hotels belonging to the LAS AMÉRICAS HOTEL GROUP, in COLOMBIA, welcome clients and guests who travel with their pets. In order to guarantee the comfort and safety of our guests and visitors, the following has been established:


Domestic animals belonging to the canine and/or feline species will be allowed.


NOTE 1: Given its high level of danger, the entry of canine specimens that belong to the

to one of the following breeds or their crosses or hybrids: American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Dogo de Burdeos, Fila Brasileiro, Neapolitan Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Japanese Tosa and those new breeds or mixtures of breeds that the national Government determines.


One (1) pet will be accepted per room.


The pet must not exceed 14 kilograms. This circumstance does not apply in the case of an assistance or service canine.

  • DURING BOOKING

      The Guest must inform at the time of booking if he/she will be accompanied by an assistance dog, guide dog, service dog or an emotional support animal. For reservations made through the Hotel's website, the Guest must be aware of the conditions and restrictions indicated in the reservation confirmation. The fee to be applied for the pet's lodging will be according to the prices established by the Hotel, provided on the website. This fee includes the concepts of grooming and disinfection costs and a kit consisting of a pet bed owned by the Hotel and food containers. If at the time of booking the Guest does not inform whether he/she will be accompanied by a pet, assistance dog, guide dog, service dog or an emotional support animal, the HOTEL reserves the right to allow the entry of his/her pet since there is a limited number of rooms available for this purpose. In any case, upon arrival, he/she must comply with the conditions and restrictions reported in the Hotel's policy and pay the fee for cleaning and disinfecting the room. If a guest enters the premises with a pet, assistance dog, guide dog, service dog, and/or emotional support animal without notification at the time of arrival or check-in and it is detected, the Hotel will automatically charge the applicable rate to the guest who is the holder of the reservation. Images collected from electronic means of the animal's entry into the Hotel will suffice as proof for both parties.
